Bridy O'Donnell Hamilton OTR/L

Bridy Hamilton is an occupational therapist at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, where she has worked in the acute care setting for the last 23 years. Her passion is treating the critically ill neonate and infant, and she specializes in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and the cardiac intensive care unit (CICU).  She is a founding member of the Nemours Cardiac Developmental Care Team, which is responsible for many positive changes in the ICU that impact developmental care.  She is involved in various national NICU and CICU organizations and has authored several peer-reviewed publications.

Sarah K. Russell PT

Sarah Russell is a pediatric physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the hospital setting, most of which has been at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware, in the Cardiac Center. She is a founding member of the Nemours Cardiac Developmental Committee and assists in the production of a bi-yearly Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Training for staff. With the staff at Nemours and other national Cardiac committees, she has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications. Sarah is the Lead Therapist in the Cardiac center and continues to work on numerous quality initiative projects to support the infants and their families in the cardiac center.
